The National AIDS and STIs Control Programme (NASCP) is the body charged with coordinating the formulation and effective implementation of National Policies, Guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures for the prevention of new HIV and STI infections as well as Treatment, Care, and support for those infected and affected by the virus in Nigeria. In carrying out its mandate, NASCP gets involved in prevention, treatment, Care and Support, Laboratory Services, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, programme Development and administration and Performance Management. The leadership of NASCP is seeking the services of an experienced consultant as a firm or an individual to provide it with capacity support in the areas of strategy, pitch deck development, framework development and general capacity support.
<p><br /> • Technical Assistance to the PI/NC: Provide health system-specific advisory services to the<br /> headship of NASCP. This will include programmatic support for existing and innovations.<br /> • Develop Key Performance Indicators and Performance Score Card: Design and deploy a performance management framework for NASCP.<br /> • Budget & Program Tracking: Providing support for budget preparation and Triangulation with budget allocation and performance.<br /> • Graphics and Slide Development: Prepare presentations to support advocacy, pitch, and reporting activities of the leadership of NASCP. This will also include speeches for all public engagements.</p> <p> • Onboarding of Staff: Support the leadership of NASCP with the onboarding of new hires. This includes preparing job descriptions and KPIs as well as facilitating the hiring process for new hires.<br /> • Capacity Building of NASCP and NSHIP Staff: Provide training and capacity-building services to employees of NASCP and NSHIP. Assessment of training needs, curriculum selection, facilitator selection and training program facilitation for the staff of NASCP and NSHIP.<br /> • Develop dashboard as needed: Design and deploy data collation, analysis, interpretation, and visualization system for NASCP as required.<br /> • Monitor and Review Donor Reporting: Assist the leadership of NASCP with donor coordination and reporting. This will involve the adoption of a storytelling approach towards presenting the achievement of NASCP to its entire ecosystem.<br /> • Quarterly Technical Program Reporting: This will involve the design of a real-time online performance reporting system via a dashboard. This can be deployed with technology to make policy decision-making for the management of NASCP more nimble and agile.<br /> • Coordination of National Clinical Mentor portfolio as a mandate of the NASCP role<br /> </p> <ul> </ul>
