The National AIDS, Viral Hepatitis, and STIs Control Programme (NASCP), is requesting proposal for the Media firm for this purpose, the unit is soliciting for proposals from your organization to provide NASCP with your best offer in Nigerian Naira (NGN) detailing the cost. All proposals are inclusive of all associated cost for deliveries (loading and offloading, payment of levies, taxes etc.). Objectives To increase demand creation of PMTCT services across all states.
<ul> <li>Engage with local stations in states to ensure reach to all 36+1 states</li> <li>Monitor the radio station and airing of jingles across selected stations</li> <li>60-second jingles in agreed local languages</li> </ul>
<ol> <li>Certificate of Incorporation by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)</li> <li>Certificate of Tax Clearance for the last 3 years (where applicable)</li> <li>At least 5 years’ demonstrable experience in media consulting</li> <li>Evidence of offer of similar contracts in the past</li> <li>Evidence of completion of similar jobs</li> <li>Technical Proposal</li> <li>Financial Proposal</li> <li>Company profile</li> </ol>
